Researchers found that women with urinary tract infection (UTI), those with noninfectious lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and control subjects exhibited similar uropathogen levels when evaluated with quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) testing, as published in Clinical Infectious Diseases.
